How do I view an apartment

What is the move-in process and what do I need to do?

Prior to your move-in day:

Make sure all of your lease documents are signed
Make sure rent and other monies due are paid in advance, we do not accept payments in the office.
If you did not sign up for our property damage liability waiver (PDLW) you will have to submit your personal insurance in advance of moving in.

Move in day:

Check in starts in the morning at the Leasing Office.
Please bring your photo ID.
We will check your account and assign your keys.

How can I receive information updates throughout the year?

What utilities am I responsible for and how do I pay them?

What do you mean by individual leases or by the bed?

At The Beacon we lease by the bedroom. In an individual lease, you are only responsible for the payment of your bedroom space. All roommates will split shared utilities and be responsible jointly for the common areas. We have a term lease that begins on a specific date and ends on a specific date for one fee. This fee is divided into 12 equal installments for your convenience.
